A visit to the music classes presented by Gary Crawford and Jamiel Jacobs

Newsfeed July 2019

We have a brand new project in the picturesque Suurbraak! Our Board member Godfrey Hendrickse spent some time at the music classes presented by Gary Crawford and Jamiel Jacobs recently. ” What a pleasure to see these young kids enjoying themselves while learning a new skill.
Gary and Jamiel are amazing with the kids. It’s hard to believe that they’ve only had 3 lessons thus far.”

The Suurbraak Music Project promises to deliver some interesting results. Hopefully we’ll be able to listen to and watch another young person enabled soon to dream about a career in music. The instruments were all donated some time ago to the Verenigde Sendingkerk (Missionary Church) and our Foundation saw the opportunity to sponsor the tutors and launch the project. ‘Lighting flames of creativity and hope in young lives”.
